Asami Jigs also have excellent action in the water and can be retrieved steadily or jigged slowly. They are ideal for spinning from the shore, off rocky piers or from the beach, as well as for offshore spinning in the surface layers, over bonanzas, or even light vertical jigging. Their main prey are sea bass, jacks, jackfish, barracuda, and bluefish from the shore, and bonitos, little tunny, and other pelagic fish from the boat when large bonanzas are present. All jigs are supplied with original VMC hooks, connected via a forged split ring for maximum strength.
